First open Internet Explorer than you want to click on the "Tools" menu option.  Then click on Internet Options.  You should get this window:

You want to click on the button that says Delete Files and you get this dialog:

You might want to go ahead and check Delete all offline content. and then click OK.  Your computer may hang for a while during this process depending on how many temp files you have.  When that finished you will be back at the Internet Options screen.  Now you want to click Delete Cookies and you will see this dialog:

Just click OK and then you see the Internet Options screen again.  Click OK one more time and you have cleared your temporary files and are ready to surf more
