Add/Remove Programs

Here is a quick tip for viewing programs installed on your computer and removing unwanted ones.

  1. Click Start
  2. Click Control Panel
  3. Click Add/Remove Programs

Now some programs that are installed may not appear in this list.  More common ones are adware and spyware programs that install without your knowledge while you surf the web.  We recommend checking for these programs on a regular basis and removing them.  Check back soon for our article on finding and removing spyware and adware.
